Home delivery
The courier will contact you by phone to coordinate his arrival, so it is recommended that you be available after ordering on the site. Delivery hours are 8:00 PM-8:00 AM, so it is a good idea to choose an address that is convenient for receiving the delivery during these hours (for example: your workplace address).

The shipping time depends on Israel Post, and therefore there may be delays/delays beyond the company's control in delivering the shipment via registered mail.
Returns and exchanges
A product may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original packaging and has not been used. Items that have been printed on or approved by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged. The return or exchange of the product will be at the customer's expense. The refund will only be made when the item has arrived at the business and has been inspected to ensure that it has not been used or damaged.
