A product may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original packaging and has not been used. There is no return or exchange for an item that has been printed according to the customer's instructions and approval. The return or exchange of the product will be at the customer's expense. The refund will only be made when the item has arrived at the business and has been checked to ensure that it has not been used or damaged in any way. There is no return or exchange for products that have been printed with a personal design according to the customer's request.
